How often do you update your data?
Our data is updated hourly.
What is the source of Data?
Our data is coming from the markets and various central banks such as European Central Bank, National Bank of Poland, National Bank of Romania and others.
Which formats do you support?
We provide the response in XML or JSON. Let us know if you need support for a different format.
How accurate is the data?
We are using a multitude of reliable sources to provide the highest accuracy possible. Currency Data is based on the markets and the official exchange rates provided by central banks.
How do I get an API access key?
You need to register and verify your email address to get an API Key. If you are logged in, you can find the key in the Dashboard and reset it at anytime.
What happens if I exceed my API requests limit?
If you exceed your limit the API will return a 403 error until the next day. You can upgrade your subscription at anytime if you need more requests.
What if I didn't receive my activation email?
Please check your the spam folder. If you still cannot find your activation email please contact us and we will do our best to help you.
Do you record API requests?
No, we don't store requests made through our API. We only record the number of requests sent. You can find this information in the dashboard.
How can I pay?
We accept all major debit and credit cards from customers in every country and we use Paddle to process your payments. Please contact us if you have any questions.
Are my credit card payments safe?
Yes, we send all the payments details directly to Paddle and don't store payment information on our servers.
Is VAT charged?
- VAT is charged for subscriptions sold to countries where this is a legal requirement, eg. EU member states, India, Australia and more.
- Most VAT registered businesses will not pay VAT. Please enter the VAT ID at the time of purchase.

What happens if my payment fails?
We will let you you know that the payment failed and will try to collect the payment again in a few days. If the payment still fails after 7 days we will automatically cancel the subscription and downgrade it to a Free Plan.
How do I update my credit card details?
Payment information can be updated via the Dashboard.
Can I update or cancel my subscription at anytime?
Yes, you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel your subscription at anytime. You will not be charged after your plan is cancelled, but the subscription allowance will still be active until the end of the billing period.
